POLICY ON SPOUSE/FAMILY MEMBER/GUEST TRAVEL
(Pursuant to Members´ Services Order MSC 3/99)
| Under what conditions may travel expenses be claimed? |
When an eligible claimant accompanies a Member to or joins a Member

| Who is eligible? | The spouse, family member, or guest of a Member of the Legislative Assembly |
| What is paid by the Legislative Assembly? | Reasonable living and traveling expenses of the spouse, family member, or guest. |
| What is the maximum number of trips claimable? | Four (4) trips in any one fiscal year [April 1 to March 31] |
| When does this take effect? | April 1, 2000 |
